TAB Answer Network was founded in 1954 by George W. Smith a former engineer with the California Public Utilities Commission. He built the company from a single service in Los Angeles, CA into a multi service organization that was among the first to offer paging services to the community. TAB Answer Network was also one of the first businesses to implement computers to assist in providing a variety call answering services for it’s customers. As a result the business succeeded and has been known as one of the leaders in our industry.
The family tradition of high quality service and customer dedication has been carried on by George’s son Mike Smith who is the current owner. He has increased the focus on our commitment to quality, dependability, and customer satisfaction. The company currently has three generations of the same family working to insure growth and viability in today’s fast paced and evolving technology driven marketplace. Our management team has been with the company for well over a decade and is dedicated to providing our clients with a level of excellence not often found within our industry.
